Gummischläuche
Flexible Hydraulikschläuche Aeroquip sind zur Förderung von Hydrauliköl, Produkten der petrochemischen Industrie, Kraftstoffen, Druckluft und Wasser bestimmt.
Sie werden hauptsächlich in hydraulischen Anlagen zur Kraftübertragung und zur Steuerung eingesetzt. Die Schläuche Aeroquip verfügen über Zertifikate und Typenzulassungen von den meisten Zertifizierungsstellen.
Sie werden mit einem Durchmesser von 2 bis 51 mm gefertigt und sind für Betriebsdrücke bis 750 bar ausgelegt. Lieferbar sind Anschlüsse aus Kohlenstoffstahl sowie aus rostfreiem Stahl.
Schlauchfittings
The ferrules are designed for high pressure hoses; they can be also used for industrial hoses.
They are fitted on hydraulic hoses by means of a appropriate sleeves. The fitting is carried out by forging in hydraulic presses. Depending on connection part and the type of seal many types of endings are distinguished e.g. ends with a metric or inch thread etc.
Ferrules are made from:

Armaturen
CONEXA fittings are made in compliance with DIN 2353. The threaded 24° pipe connectors with cutting rings are used in various industry branches, in drives and hydraulic control rooms, to connect pipes and flexible tubes.
Materials used in production of DIN2353 connectors:
- galvanised carbon steel,
- stainless steel
